Appointment Guidelines

To provide intentional, uninterrupted care, please review the following before booking:

• Cancellations & No-Shows
  Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 72 hours in advance.
  Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment time will result in a $40 cancellation fee.
  This fee must be paid by the day of your scheduled appointment. If unpaid, any future bookings will require full payment upfront. If you paid a deposit of less than $40 you will need to pay the balance of the fee.

• Consultation Appointments
  Consultation fees are non-refundable.
  If a consultation is canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time, the consultation fee will be forfeited and a new consultation must be booked.

• Booking the Correct Service
  Please ensure you are booking the service that best fits your needs.
  If you are unsure which service to select, a consultation is required before booking.

• Professional Discretion
  As a licensed cosmetologist, I reserve the right to decline any service that, in my professional judgment, is not in the best interest of your hair or scalp health.
  If you choose not to proceed with the recommended alternative, your deposit will be forfeited.

• Scheduling Conflicts
  In the rare event of an unforeseen scheduling conflict, you may be asked to select an alternate appointment time. While this is uncommon, we appreciate your flexibility.

• If you need to come in on a day I’m not scheduled to work and I’m available it’s a $40 convenience fee additional to your service fee.

• Final payment of services will need to be paid in cash , Zelle, or Cashapp.

• Please DO NOT show up without an appointment. I don’t take walk-in’s .

• No matter what personal relationship you may think we have please respect my business and all of my policies.
